A 75% cancellation fee applies for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. There is a 15 minute window beginning at the time of the scheduled appointment to arrive. If arriving after the 15 minute window the appointment will be considered a no show/cancellation and a fee will apply unless prior communication occurred. If there is an emergency please contact Aleisha by phone/voicemail or text message as soon as possible. ⁣ ⁣ For new clients there is a zero tolerance policy. If you show up more than 15 minutes late with no communication and/or if the appointment needs to be cancelled for a non emergency after the 48 hour guideline, no future appointments will be made or approved. Please be advised there are no refunds on purchases or services provided. This includes the purchase of extension hair, jewelry, hair products, etc. Any deposits made for future services or for ordering extension hair is also non refundable. ** A 3.5% card processing fee applies to any and all payments processed through Gloss Genius.
